The app wont update and it wont let me play the game because it on my phone but not on my phone I think theres a bug please fix it

Lost all game progress twice within the last couple months. No one from Gameloft or Game Center have replied back to me. So upsetting. Im just going to delete this game because it doesnt properly save the game on my iPad and iPhone.

When I first downloaded the game it would not let me play for 2 days only thing would come up it game loft then I tried it again and it worked when I got to level 57 it didnt save correctly and I had to start over.Now the app wont even open I have deleted it twice and still nothing plus the game gets harder and the only way to beat the levels is to buy the special pieces to freeze the game or rotate the screen if you want ppl to play fix your bugs...3/10/16 my game did not save again and I was on level 109 and Im done with ur game

Addictive, love to make sure I obtain three stars at each stop along the path.

Both my iPad mini and iPhone game progress synced. One day I lost all game progress on both devices. Started playing from level 1. Happened AGAIN after advancing so far. Fix this issue. Its so frustrating!!!! Contacted game dev... No response of course!
